Team Vitality Esports has announced the appointment of Guillaume de Montplanet as Managing Director and Co-Managing Director.

Monplanet has over 20 years of experience in the sports and lifestyle industry. He has worked for Reebok, among others, and is the former general manager of Adidas France.

Vital Force is already one of the most recognizable names for airfields involved in Counter Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, Valorant, Rocket League, Fortnite, FIFA and Rainbow Six, but they’re looking for more global properties this year.

Vitality says it will use its expertise in brand management and growth, as well as its experience in cities around the world, to help the Vitality team grow internationally and build brand awareness.

It will also work to improve the structure of the organization to ensure effectiveness within the foundation, as the brand looks to strengthen its position outside the esports industry.

In a press release announcing his arrival, Mr de Montplanet said: With Reebok and Adidas, I have had the opportunity to develop and manage two of the most influential brands in youth culture in the world. I think Vitality can belong to this group of brands. What the team has achieved in just 8 years is incredible.

The level of talent and creativity that is expressed every day at the V.Hive and the Stade de France, as well as in our international offices, is impressive. I am excited to explore a new field and hope that my business and leadership experience will help Team Vitality reach new heights worldwide.

Vitality has an esports training center in the national sports stadium in Paris, as well as a games center in the heart of the city.

This is not the first time Vitality and Adidas have worked together, as the clothing company already supplies the team’s jerseys, and there is also a collaboration on sneakers.

The organisation’s co-founder Nicholas Maurer said: Vitality has been on an amazing journey over the past eight years and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve already achieved. Yet we want to keep moving forward to reach the greatest heights. So we wanted someone who could take us to the next level.

Guillaume has been a great partner for me from the beginning, and I am very honored and excited to work with him. Together we strive to make Vitality the best airport team in the world. It’s not our dream, it’s our goal. Moreover, I am sure that working with Guillaume will be a fantastic learning experience.
