Philadelphia Eagles rookie Jalen Hurts replaced Carson Wenz as quarterback halfway through the third quarter and almost led to his return on Sunday when the Green Bay Packers were defeated on Route 30-16.
He beat Wentz painfully and finished 5 of 12 times 109 yards with a touchdown and an interception, while crashing five times at 29 yards. Ventz finished 6 of 15 by 79 meters and was shot four times.
The decision to put Ventz on the bench, as well as the team’s line-up for the Hearts registration, will only intensify the heated debate between the quarterbacks in Philadelphia. Coach Doug Pederson said he hasn’t decided yet which of the quarterbacks will be in 14th place. The tournament of the week against the New Orleans Saints (3-8-1) would start at home.

Wenz, 27, was overwhelmed by the worst season of his career when he entered the Sunday game and took first place in the Interceptions (15) and Pockets (46), 31st in the finish percentage (58.1%) and 30th in the court system on one attempt (6.02).
In the first 11 games, Hurts played 33 snaps that were lined up throughout the formation, mostly as a gadget player. In recent weeks, as there have been more and more calls for more photos of Hurts, Pederson has claimed that Wentz is the starter of the Orlow.
Last season, Oklahoma scored 52 touchdowns – 32 assists and 20 shots – and finished second in the Heisman Trophy by voting for Joe Barrow. The Eagles surprised many by picking Hurts as No. 53 in the NFL general statue in April, although Wentz was granted a $128 million four-year extension in the summer of 2019.
